Living Just Outside Sugar Land

Welcome to my blog.

I live just outside Sugar Land, Texas. My home is just outside Sugar Land and, I believe, my outlook on life is just outside Sugar Land, Texas. What I think I will do, is use this blog to explore that notion of how well I fit in to Sugar Land, Texas.

A few facts about myself to start with are in order.

I do not believe in the existence of a god or gods to whom I owe the creation of the universe or the creation of me.

I do not belong to the Democratic party, but I have voted for the democratic candidates in all elections in which I was eligible to vote 1988.

I do not now, nor have I ever supported the war in Iraq.

I do not support the existence of handguns.

I do not hunt.

I do not play golf.

I do not watch sports entertainment.

I do not drink alcoholic beverages.

I do not drink coffee.

I eat far too many sweets.

I belong to the Sierra Club.

I belong to the ACLU.

I belong to the Nature Conservancy

I believe that Global Warming is caused by humans and is the single greatest danger facing human society.

I drive a Ford F-150 Supercrew pickup truck.

I have replaced most of the incandescent light bulbs in my house with CFLs.
